Launch of 2010 Shout Out for Climate Change Competition

Senator Penny Wong has officially launched the 2010 Shout Out for Climate Change competition at Marryatville High School in Adelaide.
The competition will open on 24 May and invites primary, secondary and tertiary students to inspire others to take action on climate change.
Primary students are invited to enter a creative piece that raises awareness of climate change. Secondary and tertiary students can submit an advertisement of up to 60 seconds which encourages and inspires people to take action to combat climate change.
There are many great prizes to be won and the winners in each category will be invited to attend a VIP award ceremony to showcase their entry. The Australian public will also be able to vote for their favourite advertisement in the ‘People’s Choice’ award.
The competition will close on 10 September.
